Ok questions?  I am wanting to start back however I don’t know how this new plan works ?Ok questions? I am wanting to start back however I don’t know how this new plan works ? Is it best for the app ? How do you know which plan to choose? And of course the cost over all ? Any help is appreciated. thank you

When you sign up online you will answer some questions. Based on those questions, it will place you in one of the plans but you can change the plan if you choose to. You can do the app on your phone, or do it on the computer, or go to meetings. Good luck!

So when you download the "new" app. Or when you sign up online it has you take an assessment test based on your eating habits, weight, etc. then it will tell you what color plan is recommended based on your answers! It's awesome!

You should go to a meeting & sign up. There are specials going on & the coach will help you
