Quick question: my son got a Nintendo switch for Christmas. I decided to buy the ring fit this week so it would encourage him to exercise (and boy does he exercise now! ). I've using it too but I'm not sure how to count my fit points. It uses muscles I didn't even know I had! So does anyone else have a ring fit and how do you count your activity points?

You could use it as aerobic points. I know Wii fit is an option too

@custodian, it's wonderful especially if they need the exercise. I haven't been able to motivate my son at all. 2 days straight he did 45 minutes each day and it's a full body workout. It kicked my husband's tail and he's pretty fit.

Sounds great I will get it for them. We used to have an Xbox & we had knex . I would make them do a dance thing before playing Minecraft & the other games

My son asked for the switch for Christmas. I had no clue what to get so when he asked for that my husband researched it. We had a Wii long before we thought about kids so I was familiar with the Wii fit, but the ring fit is nothing compared to that!

How do you like it? I want to get it but don't want to drop the $$ if it's like the Wii fit and not too active.

@laminate @custodiann, it's amazing. I was hesitant to buy it too because I wasn't sure how active it was going to be. You can play the quest (kind of geared towards kids but fun) but you earn different exercises along the way so your body is constantly doing something else. It truly is a full body workout. You can also choose different areas of the body you want to work on if you don't want to do the quest. After 2 days I can barely move, but want to do it again because it's fun.
