I hate to ignore the elephant in the bathroom. but. does ANYBODY have Issues with Elimination #2. Like perhaps from Premier Protein? Or just eating differently? I apologize in advance.

Eating differently. drink lots of water if you're constipated. try Super Dieter's Tea. sold at walmart on the coffee/tea isle.

I usually have cereal in morning, Special K original and a handful of All Bran buds. With 1% milk I count it as 5 points. Works for me

Premier protein was doing the opposite for me. Severe stomach stabbing pain and constantly running to the bathroom  unfortunate because they were tasty and low points

Have never had Premier Protein but I have to watch things with Sucralose. My Dr says it can cause GI problems.

Premier has too much protein at one time. IMHO drink lots of water and fiber! I stopped drinking them and it helped. But i know people love them and i don’t want to be negative. slim fast and Atkins drinks are better AGAIN. IMO what do i know.

High protein can make you backed up. You might wantvto cut down a little. Fiber gummies might help. Fruits! Veg! Fiber cereal or fiber one bars. Hydrate!

I had the same problem. Probiotic with prebiotic daily did the trick. Lots of other benefits too. Look it up.

I take a fiber supplement everyday. And you should make sure to drink plenty of water.
