Try blue first, then if you want you can change to purple after a couple weeks. Save your points for your drinks, and focus on non processed foods for the best way to save up those points to indulge in those drinks!

Weight watchers isn’t about skipping meals. You are supposed to eat 3-5 small meals a day and healthy snacks every couple of hours

@overlong11 I agree that they don't encourage skipping meals, but your leader told you to eat every couple of hours? I've never heard that with this program. I mean, I know that some do, but I've never heard that it was part of the program.

Go to a studio/meeting to get more info. All the plans are based on all foods/drinks being given a point value. You are given a certain amount of daily points which is what you strive to eat. The color pan is based on the amount of zero point foods versus daily points. Purple plan has 300 zero point foods but the least amount of daily points. Green has 100 zero point foods and the most daily points. Blue is in middle with 200 zero point foods. Recommended to stay on a plan for 2 weeks before changing. You can change plans. Intermittent fasting is popular but not yet recommended by WW. The more zero point foods you eat - you can use points on drinks. No plan has drinks/alcohol as being zero points.

Welcome @betray, I switched Blue within a month (when this plan came out) as I think I was on the purple plan and felt I ate too much or I didn’t pay attention to my serving sizes. I love this plan and I also do IF daily. You just have to try it and see what is best for you and your body type. Good luck and I am here for you if you have any questions ♥️

Give it a try for two weeks before switching. Intermittent fasting is okay as long as you get your points in. Plan and save points on the days you want potatoes and an adult drinks. Talk to your leader he/she will help. Enjoy your journey!

Hi Rachel- the first time I went to WW I did the meetings and had great success. In my opinion you should attend meeting for awhile and then switch to digital as you get a better handle on the program. :)

Blue is the most mainstream. Use the app to scan or search for the foods you normally eat. Some will be low in points and fit easily into WW. Some will be eye opening as to how high in points they are! But sometimes some simple ingredient swaps can make a big difference

You can switch any time you want by going to your account and to settings. WW recommends giving a plan two weeks before you decide it isn't working, but the choice is yours. Blue is kind of the "middleof the road" plan.

I love blue! A lot of zero point foods but not too many. I would probably gain weight on purple because potatoes and oatmeal are zero points
