Have to watch carbs since I am pre-diabetic . I started on green 5 days ago, and it’s working: weight down 5. I like tracking and i do check carb counts when I plan meals. I always have some kind of salad: I eat Pepperidge Farm very thin bread (2 slices a day: 2 points), usually at breakfast. Some fruits fit in (so far, I have used blueberries, only) As a dessert. Sugar free jello is wonderful with reddi whip.
