When scanning, for example, a can of soup, are the points and serving size for what is in the can or for the reconstituted product?

Serving size. Some soups, like Progresso, have started putting nutrition info for big the serving size AND the entire can size. I just double whatever the scanner says for points if I’m eating canned soup.

It's for the serving size stated on the can

I think the reconstituted product-like when you add water to make it the amount of servings on the can.
