I only use skim milk from Aldi, and 2 tablespoons of yogurt in mine. I use This Old Gal's recipe. After it incubates and cools in the fridge, I put it in my Euro strainer from Amazon to strain out the whey and thicken. It is so fresh and lovely I never buy yogurt.
