by (1.1k points)
@weasner it does! It also helps with heartburn as well if you take it on the regular!

@permeability I have heard that too. I heard first thing in the morning before breakfast but my tummy doesn’t like that very much  I have to have food in my tummy
by (480 points)
@masera I have a friend who takes the vinegar 3 x a day , , , I can’t do that , ( I probably should )
by (1.1k points)
@permeability it is really good for the digestive system too!
by (590 points)
Wow I had no idea. I knew about the digestive stuff. But not the flatulence part.
by (1.1k points)
@tannate yes if i get super gassy. I take it. If you feel gassy take it. Or it can help if you take it 10-20 minutes before a meal. ALWAYS dilute! It helps with colds and sinus infections too. You have to measure out 1/4 cup and take a tbsp at a time and drink with water throughout the day until you finish it. It helps drain the lymphatic system.

Well, watch ones you eat. I don't usually find veggies give me gas, but cruciferous vegetables, especially when they're more lightly cooked or raw, will definitely do it to me.

Avoid beans they are a killer even if free

Maybe, just maybe, you can’t tolerate certain veg and fruit. If you look up Fodmap foods I t explains how different veg cause different sugars to be released that cause flatulence.

When I make a bean soup I put a tsp of apple cider vinegar in it, helps alot.
by (14.3k points)
@lacefield848 I grew up putting vinegar in my bean soup (at the table). I still do that, otherwise it's just too bland.

It’s all funny until you have to work in office with people who might not appreciate the smell! Fiber One bars are the worst for causing me gas.

My husband who is hard of hearing, can't hear me talking to him and I have to repeat myself over and over but I can be at the end of the house and let a stinker out and would you believe he can hear this, it's worse since I eat beans and veggies a lot.

Haha I hear ya. Some days are rhe worst. Walking helps and in general I find it settles down after a while. Or you can do 'wind releasing pose' from yoga (knee to chest and breathe deeply so all your innards het a massage), but recommendes only if you have like an hour alone after that haha

When boiling your veg put two or three bays in the water, it does not effect the taste of the veg and it really works.
