Well.  this whole week (or if I’m being honest few weeks) my eating has been out of control.Well. this whole week (or if I’m being honest few weeks) my eating has been out of control. Eating whatever whenever. This morning I had two bowls of cereal! I’m PMSing so I know that’s part of it, but I just feel like I have got to get control here. How do you get back on the wagon? Any tips appreciated!

Same happens to me- I just can’t stop eating! I’ve learned sometimes I’m 100% on it, other times I just am not. the weight didn’t come off in one day and it’s not going back in in one day.

Hi Annie- try inputting your points before you make or eat a meal/snack. It may change your mind!

One day at a time. And drink your water, even if it's flavored with 0 everything. I drink it at night to try and quell the sweet urge after dinner.
