Butter spray on broccoli. Cajun seasoning on pan-fried okra using a bit of Pam spray oil. Roast carrots with dill and lemon. Blend all kinds of veggies and hide in spaghetti sauce, bbq sauce, meat loaf, shredded chicken with taco seasoning. lots of options. Check out some of the vegetable recipes on the WW ap.

Have you tried frozen ones that you can steam in the bag? Those are so much better.

I roast most veggies. They are crispy rather than mushy and a different taste. I roast beets, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, to name a few.

Badia Complete seasoning on everything! Lemon pepper also goes a long way. I always put a tiny bit of butter on mine too and just point it!

Roasting them makes them most delicious. A little Olive oil, salt, and roasted in the oven. Even when I didn’t like veggies, that was delicious. It was a struggle for me too.
