How do you make the sugar free cake with Diet Coke? Do you just mix those 2 ingredients and bake?

Yes , that’s all you add! It will not rise much! But you can add 1 eggs EGG WHITE to make it rise like normal cake! Only the EGg white ! No yoke! The egg yoke has the points ! Egg Whites will not change the points! 8 to 10 ounces of soda

That is all you use is 12 oz of the pop and mix then bake like you would the cake mix and can make muffins the same way also take 1 cup of water and a cup of yogurt and the cake mix and make just like u would make your cake and us sugar free cool whip for icing but keep them in the fridge any flavor you want yummy I use orange pop for creamcicle yummy enjoy

Use one can of the diet soda to one cake mix. yes, it’s good . top it with some fat free reddi whip. or fruit . make a cup of coffee and enjoy !

You can use any flavor of diet pop. It's usually 12 oz. Just mix the cake mix and diet pop together with nothing else and bake as usual. It is very moist but delicious.

I have made this cake many times over the years and several different flavors. Always good. Has anyone made it with the SF cake mix and diet soda? I’ve always used regular cake mix and diet soda.

@eppie @nye644 is correct! I also use any cake mix and one can of diet soda. Examples: -white cake mix with diet orange Sunkist -yellow or white cake mix with diet sprite -chocolate cake mix with Diet Coke or Coke Zero -strawberry cake mix with strawberry soda or sprite -My favorite, because I Love wedding cake, is white cake mix with Cream soda and a tsp of almond extract. I made a buttercream frosting with light butter, powdered sugar and almond extract. This would be more calories but I made cupcakes for my son’s engagement party so it was a special occasion! They were a hit! These cakes are light air airy in texture but very good. Remember to spray your pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350.

One more idea I’ve done for special occasions is the following: (it would have more calories and points) One cake mix with one can of diet soda. Bake and cool. Poke holes all over cake and pour a can of Fat Free Sweetened Condensed milk all over. Ice with with lite or FF cool whip. Keep in frig.

@eppie I was also asking about the SF cake mix. I’ve never done it with that before. I’ve only used regular cake mixes. Honestly, I don’t know the points. Years ago, I think it was around 3 points for a 2” x 2” square but the program has changed so much, I’m just not sure.

My favorite is white cake with sprit zero and a 10 oz can of crushed pineapple with its juice. Blend and bake . I do muffins. They are the best!

Can use yellow too you can also use I cup of yogurt a cup of water and the cake mix but should keep in the fridge cause they will mold fast if not and use sugar free cool whip or fat free for icing yummy

Have you tried a banana-chocolate souffle? It's 1 mashed banana, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, and 3 tablespoons of egg whites. Mix well and put in a large ramekin or ceramic mini loaf dish. Microwave for 5 minutes at 70%. Low cal and zero points. It helps when I have a craving for chocolate. If you like it sweeter, use a more ripened banana or add a teaspoon of sugar. :)

@dm7195 NO YOU DONT! You take a sugar free cake and a can of diet soda and mix it together and . Spray a Pan and put it in the oven on 350. Cut into 12 pieces it is 3 points with 1 Tsp of fat free cool whip. All together is 4 points

I made a poke cake yesterday and company loved it! Pillsbury SF yellow cake mix, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup applesauce, 2 eggs. Bake and cool . Poke holes across the top. Boil 1 cup water and add a small box of SF jello mix (I used cherry). Pour over the cake and chill. I topped with SF cool whip. 3 pts for 1/12 of the cake.
