Have you tried a banana-chocolate souffle? It's 1 mashed banana, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, and 3 tablespoons of egg whites. Mix well and put in a large ramekin or ceramic mini loaf dish. Microwave for 5 minutes at 70%. Low cal and zero points. It helps when I have a craving for chocolate. If you like it sweeter, use a more ripened banana or add a teaspoon of sugar. :)
