This is my second week of maintenance, 4 more weeks to lifetime and FREE. After hearing all the stories of people gaining back again I think I may just keep up my weekly meetings to keep me honest. I'm retired, so I have the time ;-)

@omophagia when I first retired I thought I could get away with monthly, then creeped back the 5 lbs. still attend weekly, still tracking (since Etools are free).

No You will need to pay once a month, though, until you get to your goal again.

When that happened to me (in 2013), I had to weigh in every week - paying til I got back to within 2 lbs of goal. In AZ, the cost is $14.

You can pay by the week or monthly pass. As soon as you get to within 2 pounds, you are free again. I am trying to get back to being free.

At one time as a life timer you were required to weigh in once a month. This helps you stay at goal or within 2 pounds. If you are over your goal (more then 2 pounds over) you may attend 3 weeks of that month and listen to the lecture every week free if you do not get weighed in. Then the 4 th week of the month you will need to get weighed. If you are above the allowed 2 pounds you will have to pay as a penalty. If you are back down and not more then 2 pounds then that weigh in would be free. So go back, get back on program, get weighed once a month and try take off the excess weight before it gets out of hand. I made the mistake and put on too much. I’m choosing to attend every week to help me get back on track.
