@reluct I disagree, not necessary to eat breakfast. I take my first meal of the day closer to noon time. Do you know who coined the term breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Cereal manufacturers to make $$$$

I rarely eat breakfast. I usually am not hungry in the mornings. I have flavored coffee and occasionally a banana too. There is fat in my coffee creamer so maybe that helps me feel full?

I guess I'm lucky because I didn't really eat breakfast before WW. I would start eating at about 11 or 12, and not stop. Eating yogurt or a banana in the morning helps curb it a bit.

I usually eat a banana about 10am depending if I can get a small break at work and that keeps me going till lunch :)

Yes. I am on Purple and these are my 3 favorite breakfasts: 1. Two Nature's Path Buckwheat Wildberry Waffles with two over easy eggs and a banana. 2. Oatmeal with an apple and a banana 3. Two slices of low point toast with avocado, tomato and egg. I have other stuff, including leftovers, but these are my favorites.

Yes, I make sure I have enough protein, usually 3 boiled eggs and a large banana does it for me. If I poach the eggs I usually have 3 one point each wasa crackers and a banana.

Try some fruit midmorning to hold you over to lunch along with water or tea. I also like Tom Sturgis little one pretzels for a snack or air popped corn.
