Does anyone else sometimes feel alone in this journey or even have family try to hurt/sabotage you? I’m down over 90 pounds and trying to use their negativity to inspire me. Not gonna lie, it’s hard. ❤️

Don’t waste energy on them. You can’t change them. It’s not selfish to work on yourself. You are the only one who can make the positive changes in your life. Congratulations on the changes that took you to a 90 pound weight loss and I am praying for you as you journey on. Best wishes.

I think we all have someone in our family or friends that try to sabotage us. Just remember misery loves company and then there’s jealously. You have to want this more than you care about their remarks. Your doing great. 90 pounds is quite an achievement. I’m very proud of you.

Change is difficult and can be scary. We can do crazy things at times trying to maintain the status quo, the familiar, even when it’s not good. Familiar bad can seem better and easier than change.
