Looking for some advice or maybe someone who’s experienced the same so I don’t feel so alone lol The last 2 weeks I’ve gained 6 pounds then lost it again and now I seem to be plateauing. I’ve started intermittently fasting as well. Any advice on how to kick start weight loss again? I’m definitely staying the course and not giving up  WW has changed my life and I don’t plan to quit it! SW: 304 CW: 282 GW: 200

You just need to tweek your food a bit until you break the plateau. Maybe increase protein, decrease or limit sugar or carbs, increase water. You got this.

Maybe change program, yrs ago when I plateaud on points (now green) I changed to Core (now purple) & lost 4 lbs in 1 wk (biggest loss of my 58 to goal in 2008). Still maintaining, doing better now that I have purple again (lost 6-7 lbs since Nov just watching portions even on vacation).

My advice is: Forget the fasting (unrealistic in my opinion) Follow WW guidelines Track Attend your weekly meetings and weigh in not matter what type of week you had Prepare meals ahead of time for the week such as dinner. After a long busy day it helps STAY PERSISTENT AN@pervious CONSISTENT. WW is a slow process and not a race. You'll have loses, gains and plateaus. @perviouson't give up. Quitting doesn't make the weight come off faster. Enjoy your weight loss journey and eat the foods you love during your weight loss journey or you'll never survive WW maintenance. It truly is a lifestyle for life. ⚘

@pervious thank you! I’m definitely staying persistent and I’m not giving up. It’s just frustrating sometimes

I love what @pervious Fabrezius said. What really helped me & was a game changer were the WW recipes. It was so great to eat good food & have the points be reasonable. Now I keep Staples around so it's easy to whip up something delish and filling. (Example:. Black beans with veg mixed in. You can toss that, salsa, egg & cheese on a corn tortilla & you have a delicious & filling breakfast with very little effort)
