Monday - it makes me hold myself accountable on the weekends when I usually have more time to eat and/or eat foods I usually don’t eat during the week. Weighing in on Mondays also allows me to eat a little bit more with my weeklies during the week without worrying about a midweek weigh in. Weighing in on Mondays also shows me how well I did with my eating habits over the weekend since if I eat badly over the weekend it would show up on Monday morning weigh in. I used to weigh in on Fridays But realized that since I would have all of my extra weekly points reboot on Fridays, I would then eat more over the weekend use up a lot of my weekly points, then would have even less weeklies for the rest of the week.
