Just started back on ww doing the blue which is basically what was doing before.

Just started back on ww doing the blue which is basically what was doing before. Are the points higher on food this time or am I remembering wrong Maple cinnamon oatmeal used to be 3 points now its 6 Am I crazy?

I think the points are higher for some foods because they increased the zero point foods. I am doing the old flex point system because I know it and it worked for me before.

I eat a lot of the zero point foods, chicken, ground turkey, beans, lentils, yogurt, etc. If you want more flexibility and more daily points maybe check out green plan?

Heads up Received my code today for my gift box which you get free when applying for WW on line put code in and at end of it I got charged £35 at to phone them up and complain Unfortunately it now takes 5 or 7 working days for refund so keep eye out if anyone is doing same
