How about trying the polnar all fruit jam instead? Warm it up and stir in. No seeds.

Do what suits you in all honesty. You don't like something, you work with it (like pureeing it to remove the seeds) or don't eat it. IT IS OK! Please do not let this group bully you because you simply don't like something. Find YOUR work around. I hate many things that are encouraged here.

I don't think I would count it. The big thing is that it takes so many more to make a puree than if you were just eating them. Maybe only puree what you would normally eat?

I would probably track it, but not by the puree step, and just track as adding whole raspberries, by the number you used, and or other ingredients if any used.

I dont rhink so. Cause she still not chewing it. That's the thought behind what ww says you arent chewing and breaking it down once pureed. If it's a couple berries I probably wouldn't count it but I'd it's a cup etc. then I would count it.

I was under the impression if a 0 food was kept whole or diced but if it was processed as pureed it was no longer 0. Am I wrong?

I think so but I wouldn’t worry too much with the amount going on to oatmeal. Especially if it’s not an every day thing.

Zero point foods remain zero points when used in a recipe that you EAT. They have points if used in a recipe for a beverage that you DRINK. (Like a smoothie).

Yep. If unsweetened applesauce is 0 points, then blended fruit should be, too. I’m adding it to protein powder and usually add chia & flax seeds. So there’s plenty of things to slow digestion.

YES! Applesauce was why the smoothie points didn’t make sense.
