Ok.  On week six and been doing good up till this week.Ok. On week six and been doing good up till this week. I have lost 19. 4 lbs as of my weigh in on Friday. I am really struggling this week to stay on focus. I didn’t get to food shop and plan for the week like usual and I am over tired from work getting ready for valentines ( BIG day for us). Have you had a rough week? How do you keep focus?

Forgive yourself. Being aware of the struggle and not wanting to give in is half the battle. If meals become last minute, keep it simple: basic protein and veg, breakfast, etc. Dont stress about it! Cover your V-day sweet tooth by making a couple of these: (using choc sf pudding). no guilt! Good luck

I try to have several frozen meals I have made for those times. Soups, chili, turkey burgers and casseroles for times I need to have something without cooking or thinking.

I'm having trouble too. Trying to remind myself it's a long journey not a short hop

I am a tax accountant so I’m in the throes of busy season. To make life easier I meal plan an entire month at a time and keep the plan on my fridge. Keeps me from stopping for convenience foods on the way home. I also take my lunch and prep for the week on Sunday. I pretty much take the same lunch every day just because it’s easier.
