I don’t know how digital works but I would think it wouldn’t matter as long as you weigh in at the same time of day on the same day every week. I go to meetings so I do that but I have heard that some people miss their meetings and go to another meeting to weigh so it seems you can weigh in at a different time and day occasionally. I know if you stick to the same time and day, your weight is going to be more consistent. For instance I gain about four pounds from first thing in the morning compared to evening. So I wouldn’t want to weigh one week in the am and then the next week in the pm. I’m sorry I don’t know more about this.
