Ok in my 1st week on WW I lost 10. 2 lbs my first week. always had points left and nevet touched any of my extra weekly nor my activity points. I walked 3 miles twice a week plus the days I didnt walk 3 miles I had at least 5000 to 7000 steps on my fitbit always logging and drinking tons of water. I know a lot of it was water weight that I lost I am really scared that next week it is going to show a gain. So today I hardly have eaten anything drinking tons of water. Which I never drank before WW I was a deit coke alcoholic drank it all day I only have 3 a day now. I dont drink coffee. So has anyone experience this?
Ok in my 1st week on WW I lost 10.2 lbs my first week.

I have done this. My WW journey 16 years ago started with a first week 10 lb loss. Second week was a loss but much less. Just keep doing the right thing. one right thing after another. You’ll have fluctuations. Weeks where you’ll hardly lose anything. Don’t let yourself get discouraged. Because truth is you won’t have another 10 lb week. But what a great encouraging start ! ’

Don't get discouraged, but don't skip your meals either. If you don't eat, your body will go into starvation mode and retain calories rather than burn them off. Eat within your range of points or above if using weeklies/fitpoints. The range is found on the app - go to the 'present' at the bottom, click on days in healthy eating zone and get your daily range.

Part of your WW journey should be developing a healthy, accountable relationship with food. If you haven’t eaten all day and are just drinking Diet Coke, you are not following weight watchers but some fad diet. Eat your points and enjoy the food you make. You sound like you have the exercise piece down pat.

You’re gonna lose more weight at first and then steady. You have to eat tho.

It's definitely not going to be that much every week. Just work the program and continue making modifications to your lifestyle. That's what will sustain you.

Girl, you are doing extremely well tracking your points, drinking water and exercising. No, don’t expect a 10 lb weight loss in a week again or even close but you will definitely keep losing! You do need to eat most of your dailies though. Proud of you!

Please start eating your points! You can't sustain that type of eating plan long-term and this isn't a diet. It's a lifestyle of eating.

WW is cumulative, not day to day! WW says an avg loss is 1/2 - 2 # per week.

WW works as it is designed - that means eating your points. We are conditioned that Weight Loss = Diet = Deprivation. WW is about balance. There will be weeks of losses, stalls and even gains. Some you will earn, some are inexplicable. Bodies are complex machines that respond at their own pace and can be fickle with the scale for many normal reasons Trust the program and your body will figure it out in the long run. Don’t let your life be dictated by a number on a machine
