Help Please!  I have been doing WW since December and continually lose and gain the same 2-5 lbs.Help Please! I have been doing WW since December and continually lose and gain the same 2-5 lbs. I workout at least 5 days a week and stay within my points most days. I am extremely frustrated and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. I was even considering going to workshops since I'm only digital, but that's not really in the budget right now. Then I went to a doctor's appointment two weeks ago. She mentioned menopause and checking my thyroid. However, I'm leaning more on menopause because only in this last year have I begun to have problems with losing weight and I've been in the menopause window for more than about a year and a half now. Does anybody have any tips how they may have gotten over the hump when menopause intervened in their weight loss? I'm desperate and feel like I'm just wasting money at this point. Please help!
