Does anyone else swap fit points first before the weeklies? If so - are you still losing weight?

I have been in a plateau for MONTHS after losing 50lbs. I have always had "cheat day Saturday" consisting of some leniency and a bad meal. but lately I've been working out more than before and I decided to try using the fit points. I am finally losing again!

I never really payed attention to my fit points. I usually didn’t use all my weeklies points either and have lost 50 lbs

I always swap fit points first, until my surgery this week I was getting about 100 a week never finishing them and I have lost 35lbs since Aug 19th

Nope -don’t even use my fit points -which I have many each week -I just feel it would be defeating the purpose of my workouts -I have been keeping my weight in check for 2 years

How do you use fit points? Is it a part of the WW app? Or do I have to put another app on my phone?

@mancilla it’s in the settings of the ww app.
