I do great during the week and things things fall apart on the weekends. How to you all get through the weekends? I’ve done WW (2x) after my children were born and got to goal both times. I got remarried a year and a half ago. I got fat and happy and I’m struggling to get back on track. I’d like to lose 15 lbs.

Try and build up some extra weeklys during the week

What about switching to a Friday morning weigh in, that way you can go ahead and use your weeklies first n then stay strict for the week.

I try to add in more activity over the weekend so I'm not just hanging in the house, eating! Planning a walk, errands or time with others has helped me but I realize if you have small kids this may not be easy to do.
