Haven't been as strict following and have put it back on. I tend to want to eat a lot at dinner and then snack. Would you advise saving the majority of my points for dinner and eat mostly free foods during the day? Also, what about coaching? Is it beneficial? I only have about 10 pounds to lose but they are the hardest! Would like to reach my goal weight by the end of June!
