Looking for some advice.  started about three weeks ago and did great the first week!Looking for some advice. started about three weeks ago and did great the first week! Was down 4 pounds. Haven't been as strict following and have put it back on. I tend to want to eat a lot at dinner and then snack. Would you advise saving the majority of my points for dinner and eat mostly free foods during the day? Also, what about coaching? Is it beneficial? I only have about 10 pounds to lose but they are the hardest! Would like to reach my goal weight by the end of June!

Why do you want to eat a lot at dinner? Are you truly hungry or is it a habit? Once you figure out why you are doing things you be able to adjust better.

I’ve found Intermittent Fasting has worked for me. Keeps me from snacking after dinner.

Only eat until you’re just comfortable never eat until you feel stuffed It stretches your stomach

I'm doing ww coaching and LOVE IT! Keeps me motivated by following my goals. I talk to my coach twice a week to keep me on track. I like the one on one better than the meetings.

@mathers42 I do 16/8. It was hard for the first few days but I realized it wasn’t that I was hungry so much as my mind thought I needed to eat. Now I breeze through it. Today I finished by 4:30 pm (I’m in Dubai) so I’ll be done with my fast by 8:33am. I don’t start it the same time every day. Just depends on when I eat dinner.

Are you eating enough during the day? Get those carbs out of the house. You will feel so much better

You are the same as me did well first week then I’ve been up and down since ! I’ve got about 10lb to lose too and it is sooo hard x

I plan my breakfast and lunch by what I’m having for dinner. I like a big dinner. I leave 5or 6 points for snacks if I really need one.

@lazulite8 i do that as well. Dinner gets pointed the day before then i go from there. Glad im not the only one x

I eat free food and save my points for dinner and snacks and I'm losing, if I didn't do it this way I would fail, you have to do what's best for you and your life style x
