Silly questions: For noodles it says for example 1 cup dry. Do they mean before cooked or just nothing on them? And baby carrots how many can we eat?

And you can eat as many carrots as you want, just listen to your stomach when it tells you you're getting full. Remember, zero point foods do have calories, but also remember none of us joined WW because we ate too many carrots.

are you on Purple? If so and you're using whole grain pasta, then yes you'd just count points for whatever you add to the pasta.
