Make sure you have healthy snacks available. Veggies, apple, hot tea, water. I do Intermittent fasting. I stop eating about an hour after dinner. Really helped me with the night time binge eating.

I keep snacks out of the house on purpose! I am the type of person that if I see something I’ll eat it. Now I do sometimes keep individual popcorn bags and babybel cheese.

I either have food in the crockpot, ready, or pull a leftover meal from the freezer. Many times, I just bust out my George Forman grill and cook salmon. It only takes 10-15 minutes, total.

I use the WW protein bars, mini bars or bfast cookies Also keep a container of sliced green, red, yellow and orange peppers in the fridge or have celery in a container w/ water on hand as well
