Good question. I struggle with this, in terms of points. I like ginger chicken which is a broth based chicken vegetable dish. I skip the rice and take some home.

Tom Yum noodle soup with shrimp- just make sure it isn't made with coconut milk. I'ts 9 points on green. Or Thai Basil with Chicken, but no rice.

Thanks! So stay away from rice and was thinking about doing extra veggies instead. Pad Thai is probably too much due to noodles right?

Special order chicken pad Thai - replace half the noodles with bean sprouts

@multilingual Omg that’s such a good idea!

@socher9 I do a similar thing at home. When I make rice, I swap half of the rice for riced cauliflower. I keep all the flavor (and texture) but replace the bulk with something healthy and zero points.
