I didn't like them at all. But everyone has different taste so I would suggest to make them and see what you think. I have known people that made it and they love them. Please update and let us know if you make them and how you liked them.

I love them! I add two tablespoons of Kodiak buttermilk pancake mix for 1 point. One banana, two eggs and cinnamon. I add sugar free maple syrup for a point also.

I find them very bland however I add a dash of vanilla to them and that improves them immensely.

No, my digs would not eat them. Pictures make them look light and fluffy, I tried making several times, flat, scramble egg!

There is a better recipe that uses Kodiak powder, egg white and bananas. They are great.
by (1.5k points)
@runesmith4 which Kodiak powder
by (660 points)
@runesmith4 I use the plain buttermilk kodiak powder — 1/4 cup, a couple tablespoons of pumpkin purée, an egg and some pumpkin pie spice. Makes 3 waffles or pancakes (I make them in my Dash waffle maker). 2 blue points for all 3.

Sorry, I goofed. Google "Skinny One Point Weight Watcher Pancakes. the site is number-2-pencil. I have a friend who came buy when I made them and she loved them and she is not on ww. The recipe uses all purpose flour, not Kodiak.

I made a slightly adapted version. For every egg and banana, I added 2 T. of Kodiak flapjack mix. One serving is one point.
by (670 points)
@nuclear67975 Neal Kuney , that is how I make mine and I add a little bit of raw oatmeal, so delish! And then I cook down some fresh blueberries for the syrup. I also make a couple of batches and freeze them.
