Fell off the wagon yet another week. First week I haven't said I'll just redo my weigh in day of the week and start everything over and 'start again tomorrow' I know my why I just keep caving to the wants of cravings. I even prepped and planned meals all week. how did you break this habit? My weigh in day is Monday. Mid week I had lost 2. 8 but I know that's over .

Track track track! Own it, I became life time and was good for 9 months then thought I had it. Stopped tracking . and am now trying to get back on the bus. Down 2. 2 because I owned it. Drink your water and be accountable for what you eat.

@marlborough just have to make my self accountable. I know what to do just have to put my mind to it

@kamat8 it’s so hard! But weighing in each week makes you own it! I kept slowing going up back to where I started. Many friends shrug WWBut it makes you accountable. You e got this

I always go back to Remember Your Why! I Go back to that feeling and it gets me back on the right thinking track. I look back on successful weeks, remembering how good that felt and I can feel that way again. I clean out any non Plan food from the house. I’ll set up a menu for the week and pre-track. And within a couple of days I’m back on track. Wishing you success❣️

I start over every day . Does not matter if I did good or bad the day before . That way if I mess up one day , it’s only one day . Also track everything even if you are not on plan ! Good luck ! Keep trying!

So you fell off the wagon. Don't punish yourself. You're still a good person. Just start again. You can do it!

I did the same for months! One day I lost only 0. 2 lbs, but it was enough to get me below that weight I couldn't beat. Then I became determined to stay below. Everytime I think I'm hungry I ask myself if I am really hungry, or just thirsty. If I am really hungry, I force myself to eat some 0 point foods (carrots, pickles, etc). I also don't allow my mind to ignore the questions (which is what I did for months). Good luck!

Don't avoid the craving, that makes things worse. Find a low pt way to satisfy it. I love icecream, especially at night. So instead of a big bowl of it, I have a WW giant fudgecicle. 4 pts. I get my icecream and chocolate and I'm happy!
