I’m taking my grandsons to Pigeon Forge next weekend. My youngest is trying to loose weight. I usually eat what I want on vacay, but decided I wanted to be an example to him, so I will be sticking to my points.

I tend to track more when I’m out of town. And I allow myself a splurge that I track - like a Carmel Appel or cold stone creamery. I was gone on a Business trip and lost 2lbs!

No - was just in Mexico on holidays for a week. I enjoyed myself made better choices than I would have before WW but still enjoyed myself. Home now - will get right back to drinking my water and tracking.

Yes. I want my wellness wins lol I may do just a quick add - today I went to a bar mitzvah, so I’ll guesstimate my points and quick add as Todd’s bar mitzvah

I don’t know if I would track on vacation, it would probably get stressful and annoying since you’d be eating out all the time and basically guessing on points, but I definitely wouldn’t use it as an excuse to go crazy and eat super off plan. I think the whole point of this is to make a lifestyle change, and my life includes when I’m on vacation.

I didnt for Disneyland. Tracking on vacation is not sustainable to me. The way I look at it is I dont go on vacation often and food I get there I can't get normally. It would make my vacation negative to look up every point. However, I use my knowledge to best balance out my day.

I never track, food is part of my holiday, WW never enters my head, 5 weeks of food heaven then back on it for another 11 months then do it all over again

Yes. Accountability! That way I know why if there is a gain or not a loss. Plus it helps me stay in the habit of tracking.
