I was team blue and switched to team purple weigh in this morning so we shall see, I did well on blue

I was on green for 3 weeks, lost a lot week one then completely stalled for 2 weeks, so I switched to blue. Been on blue for 2 weeks not and have lost about 4 pounds a week, so it was a good switch for me!

Don’t stress over . They are all designed for loss. The plan choice really isn’t about food - you can eat anything on all plans in balance. The choice of plan is about Mindset. The one that fits your lifestyle is the right choice. That’s the one you will stick with and see long term results

I went from green to blue. I originally selected green bc more points, but I end up overeating food that is not good for me since I have the points. W blue I can eat more sensible , not have to track my 0 pts like eggs. Chicken. Shrimp. This is my first week in blue. Did good 6 out of 7 days, I’ll try for a month

I switched back to blue I missed having eggs free and with green I felt like I was using points Just for using them which led me to over eat

For me works best, I need to be accountable for what I eat on I was eating to many zero point foods
