And he bariatric patients on Weight Watchers out there? I'm 7 1/2 years out. Have about 20 or 25 lb I'm struggling with and wondering if Weight Watchers would even help it may be the wrong Foods but I'm just looking for a support group. There is no bariatric support group in person in my area. Plenty of online support for sure I know that lots of the Weight Watchers recommendations are too much food or the wrong food but I also know there are new Weight Watcher guidelines or ww. as it's now called

I am 17 years out from my surgery, I lost 200 pounds but have regained about 50 over the years. I joined WW a month ago and am on the green plan. I have lost 8 pounds so far. It is working for me!

There’s no wrong food recommendations by Weight Watchers. You choose what to eat and what not to eat.

@simard229, As I stated above, WW doesn’t make you eat any particular food or foods. You choose what your body can handle. Go to the WW site and look at what the 3 plans offer. Great idea that you call them so you can get answers hopefully to your questions. I wish you luck on your decision and weight loss journey.
The Weight Watchers Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about recipes, meal ideas, and tips for the Weight Watchers diet.
