I’m at a stall.  it’s taken me 2 and half years to loose 149.I’m at a stall. it’s taken me 2 and half years to loose 149. been at current weight for almost year . any suggest to mix it up and get back on track for another 60 pounds?

Are you doing any fasting? I've heard and read it helps with the stall. Also, you look amazing! Great job!

First. congratulations on that incredible loss! Second. with any plateau, you need to switch it up. Try doing a couple of zero point days, or add in intermittent fasting, possibly adding or changing up your exercise routine. Best of luck, and you look amazing!

Up the exercise. walking or jogging, increase the cardio. More water. Exercise at different times of the day could help too. Change the food around too.
