Blue works good for me. purple has pasta on it as a 0 point food and I know myself and that would be disastrous for me lol. on blue even the whole wheat pasta has points but other than that blue and purple are very similar. I've lost about 48 pounds so far on blue. Hope this helps!

Blue has worked best for me but many people do best on the others. Answer the assessment questions honestly to see what suits you best. You can always switch. Two weeks on any plan is recommended before changing to another.

I use blue. been on this color since they started this program. Lost 15. 8 but not all together. There are some weight gains and very good looses. I picked the color that I thought I could work with my life schedule and still have a good out look towards weight watchers.

I started October 22, 2018 and the three separate plans were not in place at that point. When they did roll out the new plans I stuck with Blue, because that’s what I was use to, and it works for me! I’m down 117lbs so far! I have a few more to go! I tried purple for a few weeks but it gave me anxiety  definitely a mental thing, for me. not having enough points to play with. But, it’s all about personal preference, and that’s why WW is amazing! Good luck on your journey!

I like Blue. It is perfect for me. I would recommend you look at the food lists to see which plan suits you best. You can sign up for any one and then change it easily. I took their quiz, and signed up for Purple, but decided Blue was a better choice for me and changed it in the settings

I like Blue. Once you pick one, ou can always switch but they encourage you to try two weeks before switching. My daughter started with blue, then went to green, back to blue, and back to green. So just see what works best for you!

Don’t stress over . They are all designed for loss. The plan choice really isn’t about food - you can eat anything on all plans in balance. The choice of plan is about Mindset. The one that fits your lifestyle is the right choice. That’s the one you will stick with and see long term results  Has the most daily points but fewer zero point foods  7 fewer dailies than Green but lean proteins (chicken/turkey breast, eggs, fish, beans, nonfat plain yogurt) and corn & peas are all zero points  7 fewer dailies than Blue but potatoes and some whole grain foods are zero points Fruits and non starchy vegetables are zero points on all plans I’ve lost (and gained) on all three based on how well I worked the plan. Blue fits me best

I did Freestyle (now blue), and I loved it. I switched to purple the day it launched, and I LOVE it! Purple is a lifestyle I will have no trouble maintaining for life. Click on my profile picture to see recipes I've created or made over to fit the purple plan.

I like the flexibility of green and is good when I feel like I am overdoing zero point foods. Blue I tend to eat more zero point foods which are obviously healthier. I switch back and fourth between the two and they both give me results. I’m not a purple kind of gal but it works for others.

I like purple. It depends on what foods appeal to you. The plan you choose should be the one you look at and say “yeah, I can eat from these foods forever”.

@garold250 I look at what is zero point foods and keep in mind that I have “n” number of points to flavor up those foods. The more zero foods the less points in your daily and weekly budget. I like brown rice, potatoes, whole-wheat pasta so adding foods with those will make a meal for me. If you hate those foods it won’t be easy to navigate a day using the fewer points. Choose a plan with more points so you can occasionally work in regular pasta or white rice.

@garold250 not that I’ve figured out. I lose slow slow slow and then drop a pound and a half. Then gain half of that back and then it’s 0. 2 -0. 4 and so on. Then a 1 pound gain and then 1. 4 lost. ‍♀️

@garold250 I’ve enjoyed the Zoom meetings. I am not sure but I think anyone can watch. I just go to the same meeting I attended in person and I weigh myself at home right before and record it.

@quinone4 yes green the entire time. I weigh all my food at home. We are still ordering out once a week usually too. I’m very satisfied but since I was on green the entire time and it worked for me, I wouldn’t change unless I hit a plateau.

I did blue for 2 years and then went on purple and I love it! You get 16 points but there is 300 zero point foods. Baked potato, sweet potatoes, brown rice, whole wheat pasta all 0 point foods

I just started and I'm doing purple. Here's my take. it's reminding me to eat right. I'm eating healthy filling food. I am not craving sweets or junk, and go to fruits and veggies and protein to fill me up. I knew how to do this pre pandemic. but somehow forgot. or just ignored what I knew. In a matter of four days I feel better. less bloated more in control. So for me, stepping into purple was like stepping back into sanity and I needed it. I don't know what the scale will say when I weigh in on Monday. but I know I feel better. I say whatever you pick if you are ready, it will work.

@beardsley Lolol. I know what you mean girl. I do the green plan, however I count everything including the freebies. I use the calculator and create my own fruits and veggies so I have the points. For me personally, free is a floodgate! Good luck.
