I have a question: I realize that some of you do not track your zero point foods and that’s fine but I do just for my own knowledge of what I’ve eaten that day. That being said, I eat a lot of eggs. What do you track your double yolkers as? 1 or 2 eggs?
How do you track double yolkers eggs?

@pachalic do you count them as points?

@pachalic oh ok. I track my zero points also. Just don't think much about them. I try not to over do it tho, cholesterol in eggs, sugar/carbs in fruit

If it’s double and the yolks are standard size then I’d put 2. If it’s double and they are both smaller then 1. My daughter cracked open an egg yesterday and the yolks were tiny! It was adorable! I’d count those as 1 egg

I haven’t seen a double yolk egg in years, I loved seeing them as a kid. If they were small I’d count as one. I track all my zero points plus water. Everything gets tracked.

In the WW app, egg yolks are 2 points and egg whites are 0 points, this is for green

One egg. I track zero point foods to be mindful of portion sizes.

I track everything. I’d still track a double Yolker as zero points. Or 1 1/2 eggs. ☺️

If it comes out of 1 shell it’s 1 egg.
