Nope. I love this group and a few other WW groups because I get lots of ideas for recipes to try. Some have been winners, some I couldn't stand, but it keeps me eating lots of different types of foods. For my mid morning snack right now I am eating a slice of zero point cheesecake, with honey drizzled on top.

@moonshine49325 sounds so yummy but I can’t do milk products.

@bookstack There are so many different recipes that people share on here and other WW groups. Follow, save the recipe and give them a try.

I found myself eating the same thing day after day. A friend from WW gave me a website. pound dropper. I’m trying two new recipes each week. So far so good. A welcome change.

Yes. And really we shouldn’t. The glorious thing about WW is that nothing is taboo. We shouldn’t be afraid to use our points for foods we love Learning portion control on all the yummy food is part of how well make this a true lifestyle change.

Eggs are pricey when it comes to points on green, so if I eat them, I have to go whites only. so I don't eat them over & over.

I do! More out of convenience than anything else. Prepare work lunches on Sunday and take same morning snack to work. Week day breakfast the same quick meal.

No, because I’m on Green. I get enough points to eat a variety of foods, including treats, and eggs are 2 points each.

No. I am learning to find lower point substitutes for ingredients in all types of foods. I find a recipe, calculate the points, then shop, prepare and enjoy. I have made Chinese, Mexican, German, Italian etc. I eat fruit rather than desserts or other snack foods. Lost 19lbs in 8 weeks.

Start making some of the WW recipes that you find online. I have and my family LOVES several of them. My mother has even lost 3 pounds and she's not even on the program.

I do. Whatever is easiest and works with weight loss. Easiest way to plateau though. Changing it up should get you back on track.
