Here's what I do, for 1 point per day: I measure out 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. 0 points. I add a little of that and 1 TBSP of sugar free creamer (I like either Italian sweet cream or French Vanilla) pr cup of coffee. I drink 3 cups of coffee in the morning, not too sweet. If you want it sweeter you could add some stevia
