I make meatballs out of lean ground Turkey. I make wome without spinach for my son and the others with spinach in it. I serve his with spaghetti and I have mine with frozen cauliflower rice with cheese sauce. Cambells oven sauces are easy and have a variety of flavors, some lower than others. That over either Turkey or chicken with a vegetable is an easy meal. Turkey sausage or Turkey burgers made in the oven fryer. Spaghetti squash

Tonight I made breaded chicken cutlets in the air fryer that were 2 pts each on blue. served with baked sweet potato and roasted broccoli. Last week I made Skinnytaste beef tacos in the instant pot. I’ve made pizza with 2 ingredient dough. Burgers in the air fryer. I use sites like Skinnytaste, Emily Bites, the Pound Dropper, Drizzle Me Skinny, etc for inspiration.

I’m sorry I’m not familiar with the blue plan but I love taking chicken breast, Frank’s red hot, and a ranch packet. Cook in crockpot or instant pot and shred. Use it on salads, make roll ups or even buffalo chicken wontons.

Salmon, turkey burgers, chili. Try spaghetti squash - don’t tell the kids it’s squash- top it with tomato sauce.

I started buying precut veggies and salads because I'm more likely to eat them if I don't have to chop and prepare, since I've been really busy lately. So I will cook up chicken breast, salmon or shrimp etc (something 0 pts) and add my veggie(s). I love veggies so the more the better so I make sure I get full.

I get 90% of my recipes from emilybites. com. She has the points figured for every plan. No one else in my family is on WW, and I have one picky eater and have had no complaints.
