I switched to green today just because. Blue has been working but I'm trying to see something. im also starting IF today 16:8 Anyone else had success with green so far?

@axe blue has more zero foods. like chicken breast and greek yogurt. those have points on green so I have to track them toward my daily points.

I did the blue to green switch too but I found that the higher daily points and no incentive for eating lean proteins made it harder for me, and I tended to swing too carb heavy. I do IF and enjoy it, I use the app 'zero' to track my fasts because I dont fast the same time every day

They are but they still have calories so you have to be careful with the amounts.

I’m on green and also do IF: 16:8! Weight is dropping slowly but surely. But by but I can feel a difference. Hope it works for you too:)

Green works well for me. I'm down 10 pounds in a little less than a month. I like having more points and being able to eat more of what I choose. I had a really hard time with the 23 points a day on blue.
