@inhalation51 is the butter spray good? I love buttered popcorn!
by (2.6k points)
It is! It’s very subtle depending on how much you spray on the popcorn. But more importantly it helps the salt stick to the popcorn.

I dont like greek yogurt either. But if u take a cup of non fat greek yogurt. Half pack of sugar and fat free cheesecake pudding and about a a third cup of stevia. Mix all together. Let set in fridge overnight, then dip apple slices or strawberries or pears and it like eating cheese cake. Very filling and 1point for the whole thing.

I discovered at the beginning a good and satisfying snack needs fruit, vegetables, protein, and fats/carbohydrates such as banana or apple, raw vegetables sticks, cheese stick (mozzarella or farmer’s), and thin crackers or pretzels thins.

I used to not like it too but I now LOVE it. I add a dash of sweetener and frozen fruit. As it defrosts it’s sweetens it. Even better when it’s still partially frozen. Just something to think about.

You gotta experiment with different kinds. Your not supposed to eat it plain. I eat mine with crushed pineapple in its own fruit juice for 0sp. Sometimes Ill add heated up frozen berries and honey. I eat zoi cuz its cost effective. The tart taste in yogurt will go away with some kind of flavoring like lemon juice or something acidic enough like fruit.
