Can’t you change settings to make your fitness points flip to food points once you’ve used your extra points? That’s how it was in one of the older plans but I have yet to figure out this new plan as it’s only week two. So basically my thought is typically I do the elliptical for 45 minutes and earn four fitness points or whatever so if I do it for an hour do those points equate what I am negative if that makes sense. Or I could be completely wrong .
