I’m -5 and weigh in is tomorrow. I do have my fitness points flipping. Is there anything I can do to get that down? One bad day and it’ll wreck your week!

Can’t you change settings to make your fitness points flip to food points once you’ve used your extra points? That’s how it was in one of the older plans but I have yet to figure out this new plan as it’s only week two. So basically my thought is typically I do the elliptical for 45 minutes and earn four fitness points or whatever so if I do it for an hour do those points equate what I am negative if that makes sense. Or I could be completely wrong .
