Does anyone do monthly measurements as well as weekly weights? Notice many differences? I work out 5 days a week doing barre and walking or biking. Hoping to see some inches lost. I want to lose 30 to 40 lbs.

I go by measurement now. I started doing 4 high intensity training sessions a week and I actually gained weight. Lost a lot of inches though.

Yes I do measurements also and that helps when I don't always see weight change
