I weigh in on saturday mornings then allow myself a cheat day the rest of that day. Start fresh on Sunday’s. It gives me a bit of a break and something to look forward to and I lose weight each time

@maleficence0 I’ve been on ww off and on for 12 years (I gained a lot in college) so it’s always worked for me. You should allow yourself a free day! For just sanity haha

This is my most difficult thing to tackle. I really have to begin the weekend with a solid plan. And, not let myself get sidetracked. Don't shoot to be perfect, bit strive to stay in the healthy eating zone and earn a blue dot! It gives you some leeway.

Me too. My weigh in is Saturday so by Monday I am already negative. I make up for it by staying in program Monday-Friday with NO weeklies to use

This was me this past weekend. I will be doubling up my exercising and walking during breaks to get back to where I was. This taught me how fast all my hard work can be derailed. I will be making better choices moving forward.

I weigh in on Thursday. When I am stuff going I ask a WW buddy if I can call them just to check in. Just checking in helps me renew my direction. Usually on Monday I am fine.
