Yes, I am 73. In a little over a year I lost 63#, reached goal, reached lifetime the day after Thanksgiving and have been staying under goal ever since. I wish I had done it when I was younger, but to everything there is a season, right? It has given me a new lease on life, and especially on my health.

I am 71. Made lifetime again with over 32 lb loss. Started first on-line until I reached weight watchers goal. Then I went to the meeting to get weighed and become lifetime again. Just have to weigh in once a month to stay lifetime as long as I am within 2 lbs of weight watchers goal. I have a personal goal that I am still working at. I plan to attend as many meetings as I can. I get my app free as long as I stay within the 2 lbs.

Wonderful! If you can keep it down, your body will remember the new weight. Its hard for anyone to lose weight if the body has been at a certain weight for many years. it keeps getting gained back! I know from experience.

Its very hard for menopause women to lose weight and if they take pills afterward it helps them gain even more. I had to have hysterectomy and ovary removal at 48 and was put on hormones right away. I was slim but within 2 mos I had gained 15 lbs and then 5 more over the next few years. I couldnt get it off at all! Then somehwere around 65 I was able to get off 7 lbs but dont know how it happened. Maybe age? So right now I still manage to stay within 2-3 lbs of my desired weight. Im just a little overweight but at my age it helps keep me from looking scrawny. I do need toning on my arms though, which jiggle. And rest of body needs some toning but is not too bad.

I'm 67 and have lost 62. 1 lbs since may 1st/19. I have trouble exercising but since loosing the 62 lbs I'm able to do a lot more than I used to. I still have 120 lbs to go so a long journey ahead. I've been stagnant since December so a tad frustrated but I get inspiration from all of you.
