Ok, I fell off the wagon completely. Trying to get started again on program but just can’t get started. Need motivation. Can somebody give me some tips?

Start were you are. Get back to tracking everything. Usually that opens my eyes to just how much I'm eating.

I do meal prep on Saturday or Sunday especially meat prep. During the week I add it to salads, make quick meals and stirfrys.

I have empathy and understanding that’s it’s difficult to commit. Fortunately, I am in a good place now. Prior to jumping into new food plan I gave myself a week of healthy choices. From that I got myself going full force. Seemed to help. Wishing you good health and success.

I have fallen off the wagon more than I’ve been on the wagon. Ha! But not really funny. My best weeks are where I meal plan. It doesn’t have to be hard. a low point soup and some egg concoction that will Get me through the work week. And not keeping my trigger foods in the house. NO POTATO CHIPS!  Skinnytaste. com has been a Godsend! Good luck. Forgive yourself and keep trying. You got this!
