Most of the greek yogurts that are plain and non-fat are zero points. I like mine with fruit layered on top. Blueberries, bananas, etc. for a zero point breakfast. However, I saw where someone recommended to stir in sugar free pudding and make it a dessert. I have done this with 2 flavors so far. cheesecake and also pistachio instant pudding powders. A small box has 4 servings at one point each. you can stir in the whole thing in a large tub of yogurt or you can use 1/4 of the box and stir in 1/4 of the large container of yogurt and have your dessert! You could even top it with some Cool Whip at 1 point for 2 tbsp!
