I tried green for several weeks. My weight loss slowed down quite a bit. I found I was choosing junk more often because I had more points. I switched back to blue today and ate healthier because I didn't have as many points to blow in junk.

@bowknot not for me. You get more points to use however you want. That means more for snacks, treats, or condiments. I would rather have the zero point healthy foods. I don't tend to overindulge on those like everyone is afraid of, but if I have more points, I'll use them for things I don't really need. Slowed my weight loss down quite a bit.

I switched to blue from green because I felt blue was better for me I like having less points and eggs being 0

Me too, on green, have been really following for 3 weeks, not much change. Then my bday hit and i went off track, cruise in 2 weeks, thinking about blue when i get back

I lost 40 pounds in 10 months slow easy then I hit a snag. Switched to green for a jump start-Yea for me 2. 8 pounds gone. Looking forward to Tuesday for another weigh-in!

I have been on the green plan for 3 weeks and have lost a total of 7 pounds. I did plan a couple of years ago and did very well until I lost motivation. I am going to stay on green for a couple more weeks and when I start to get into a "routine" I think I will switch to Blue for my long term lifestyle plan.

Blue sorta forces you to eat healthier in my opinion. Green has more room for snacks. It is hard to even describe. I have gone back and forth between the two plans. Still have not made a decision.

I changed to green when the different options came but I started gaining so I’m back on blue
