I’m new to this page! I haven’t done WW since high school. So things have really changed since then. I have a lot of daily points. Which I’m guessing means lots of food? Anyone else have this when they started. Tips? I’m also Green, I couldn’t find a good description on the ap. I’m glad to know that a lot of foods are 0 points. I’m basically doing this to keep better track of foods consumed. I am pregnant with our 4th child and had no time in between 3&4 to lose baby weight. So I’m trying to just maintain and not gain. I’m under my Dr’s care and he and I agree that it’s fine to lose weight or to just not gain. So that’s my goal. Any tips!?

I’m in the same boat as you except I’m pregnant with number 3! If you feel like green is too many points (like you will eat the wrong kind of foods to “use” them, consider switching to blue. I just find when I have more points, I eat more unhealthy but I’m not hung ho enough to do purple. lol on blue I have 39 points which is still a lot but I’m 310 pounds. my main tip is check the points of things before you eat them, not after! And also, try to plan out your points daily, like I’m going to try to do x amount of points for meals and x for snacks. then you can titrations it to your hungry times.
